Agile Scrum Master

This journey is designed to provide employees and contractor team members proficiency in fulfilling the Scrum Master role at Florida Blue and to help employees and contractor team members prepare to take an external CSM course for certification.   The journey is applicable for anyone in IT managing planning and execution of agile work for a team who is in the role or wants to be in the role of Scrum Master. This journey includes necessary material from the Agilist journey.
