Agile Project Management

This journey is designed to provide project, program and portfolio managers competency and proficiency in agile governance and agile operations, enabling them to support agile software development teams and guide downline organizations to higher levels of agile maturity.   The journey is applicable to any member of a PMO that is responsible for managing and governing work that is NOT waterfall and performed using agile and/or SAFe methodology.   This journey includes necessary material from the Agilist journey. Several courses include PDU credits.     After you complete this journey, you are encouraged to take the PMO Agile Roles & Responsibilities virtual instructor led course.
